„Bimal“ bought Sombor based edible oil plant „Sunce“
The company „Bimal“ from Brcko has purchased Sombor based edible oil plant „Sunce“ via its Belgrade company, web portal Biznis.info has reported.
The company „Bimal invest Beograd“, which owner is „Bimal Brcko“ is the buyer.
„Bimal“ is taking over the company „Novo Sunce“, founded on December 17th last year, and its founder is the famous Sombor based edible oil and vegetable fat plant „Sunce“.
The agreement implies transfer of assets of the company „Sunce“ to the new company „Novo Sunce“, prior to takeover by „Bimal“.
A letter of intent regarding takeover was signed between companies „Bimal invest“ and „Sunce“ in last year’s December, and deal was approved by regulators in Serbia in this year’ February.
Via agreement „Bimal“ will acquire a 77 percent stake in Sombor based company.
