Belgrade hosts Summit100 Business Leaders
A two-day Summit100 Business Leaders of the Southeast Europe, which main topic is digital transformation, has commenced in Belgrade today, bringing together the most prominent business leaders of Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and other representatives of countries of the region.
President of the Serbian Association of Managers and Chairwoman of the Managerial Board of Summit100 Stanka Pejanovic has pointed out that they expect to determine where they stand when it comes to projects commenced during the previous Summit and what ideas they can generate and share with regional political leaders.
„Industrial Revolution 4.0. is primarily based on changes, and in order for us to follow changes and be proactive we must work side by side, together with politicians and civil society,” she has said.
Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic has said she believes that the entire region „riding the wave of fourth industrial revolution, that is marked with digitalization, can be region of winners and predecessors in innovations and implementation of new technologies in economic growth.”
Cief Operating Officer at A1 Telekom Austria Group Alejandro Plater has pointed out that one of the biggest trends in digitalization is extension of limits of data processing capacity and generation of new data.
Summit has gathered experts and regional ministers who will discuss a wide range of topics, such as labour mobility, energy sustainability, regional banding and many more.
