Applications start for EUR 100 youth support in June, HERE’s how to apply
As of today until the end of May, young people from 16 to 29 years of age can apply on the Treasury Administration portal for the assistance in the amount of 100 euros in June, which will be paid from June 1 to 3.
Finance Minister Sinisa Mali has said that public finances are completely stable, and that public debt-to-GDP ratio was 52.1% on Friday, far from Maastricht level.
Today, the applications begin for state aid of 100 euros for all young people aged 16-29 who did not register in the first round.
He mentioned that 1,300 more young people had applied for state aid since midnight. The application process lasts until the end of May, through the Treasury Administration portal, in the same way as for the previous assistance of 100 euros for young people.
“It is a very efficient and easy way. We have fulfilled the promise we made in terms of dates and payments. Those who applied in the first round and the newly registered will receive the money on June 1, 2 and 3,” said Finance Minister Sinisa Mali.
According to him, 12.5 billion dinars were allocated from the budget for the first round.
„I expect that somewhat more money will be allocated now, for all those who have turned 16 in the meantime, for all those who received residence in Serbia or did not apply for some reason in the first round – the application process is open. I expect a little more people to be paid in the second round,“ Mali said.
