Agreement on the production of „Sputnik V“ in Torlak, the first vaccine by May?
The Russian Direct Investments Fund (RDIF) and the Institute for Virology, Vaccines and Serums „Torlak“ have signed an agreement on the production of Russian vaccines against the corona virus „Sputnik V“ in Serbia, which could be launched by May this year, the Fund announced.
It has been specified that the production of the „Sputnik V“ vaccine at the „Torlak“ Institute is expected to start by May this year.
„Sputnik V“ is registered in 56 countries, with a total population of over 1.5 billion people.
The efficiency of the vaccine is 91.6 percent, which was confirmed by data published in the medical journal Lancet, „Sputnik“ reports.
