After global launch, the IQOS 3 Duo available in our market as well

Aiming to additionally improve products based on tobacco heating rather than burning, Philip Morris presented the IQOS 3 Duo, the latest product in the smoke-free family of devices, which has now arrived to our market.

After the global rollout in Japan, Korea and Russia, Serbia is among the first countries of Europe where this most popular smoke-free tobacco device for adult smokers is available.

The IQOS 3 Duo is designed for switching from traditional cigarettes to the less harmful option more seamlessly, with an option of two consecutive uses without recharging the holder as a special advantage. Furthermore, its charging time is much shorter compared to the previous versions of this device, the IQOS 3 or the IQOS 2.4+.

“We combined science and new technologies to provide adult smokers planning to continue consuming tobacco with an option of selecting the less harmful product instead of classic cigarettes. The IQOS 3 Duo device rollout confirms our commitment to making the smoke-free world possible” – said Aleksandar Jakovljević, Managing Director South East Europe at Philip Morris.

In the last 15 years, the company has invested more than six billion US dollars globally in scientific research, development and commercialisation of products based on the tobacco heating technology, including the IQOS 3 Duo, with an aim that by 2025 at least 40 million smokers who would otherwise continue to smoke will have switched to a less harmful option than cigarettes.
