Raspberry producers finally satisfied: Price over RSD 300, even better than the last year

The raspberry harvest in the region of Ivanjica is just about to begin, and those who did not suffer any damage this season can hope for a good purchase price, the one that did not bring raspberry producers this much joy in the last two decades.

Producers can expect around RSD 300 to RSD 350 for a kilogram of raspberries, and buyers offer contracts at this price because the global market lacks raspberries.

According to Dobrivoje Radovic, President of the Serbian Association of Raspberry Producers, this year there is a great demand for raspberries on the global market.

Last week, Radovic stated with Beta agency that the price increased when compared to last year, when it was around RSD 220, but that it is not „amazing“ because everything became more expensive, from agro-technical measures to horticultural products.
