„Only one company from Serbia exports apples to Russia“

The Mayor of Topola, Dragan Jovanovic has stated that only one company from Serbia is exporting apples to the Russian market. „Respect for the peasant from Sumadija must be restored, because what is happening now has not happened in the last 30 years,“ Jovanovic has said. He has stated that three years ago there were 32 export companies from Topola. „We have one today and it is not allowed to work. I am prepared to bear all the consequences, but we cannot continue like this anymore.“ According to him, the price of first-class apples for the Russian market is RSD 25.
