UAE interested in Serbian high-tech companies
President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce Marko Cadez has stated in Dubai that investors from the United Arab Emirates have expressed „great interest in investments in high-tech, rapidly growing Serbian companies“.
As published in statement of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, at a business assembly in front of around thirty UAE companies, organized by Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Cadez presented business conditions in Serbia, with a special emphasis on potentials of IT companies and digitalization processes of the Serbian economy.
„In addition to strengthening bonds with the UAE economy in traditional sectors, Serbia has also offered UAE companies the best products of growing IT industry, such as solutions of our innovative companies for e-healthcare, digital agriculture, energy systems management, ecology and improvement of the financial sector,“ Cadez has said.
According to him, possibilities for cooperation and export of Serbian IT solutions exist, mainly in areas of information security, automation of control mechanisms in the energy sector (embedded software) and functioning of smart cities.
