The largest investment in Serbian tourism: A HOTEL COMPLEX of EUR 90 million
The company Millennium Resorts from Serbia and the U.S. hotel company Marriott International have signed an agreement on cooperation for the construction of a hotel complex in Vranjska Spa worth EUR 90 million.
The signing of an agreement was attended by the Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, and the American Ambassador, Anthony Godfrey.
Brnabic pointed out that this is currently the largest investment in Serbian tourism, that will employ 350 people.
„This investment will mean a new future for the south of central Serbia, bringing in new investors, employment, higher salaries and a better quality of life,“ she said.
As announced by the investors, the spa complex will be built in four phases, by April 2026. Millennium will invest EUR 90 million in that project, and the hotel group Marriott has the franchise rights within 20 years.
