The Chinese do not only invest in Bor mines, but also in tourism

The Chinese company „Zijin“, which has taken over the management of „Rudarsko-topionicarski basen Bor“ (RTB), will continue with realization of plans for development of tourism on the Bor Lake, thus it has announced new investments in the hotel „Jezero“ and surrounding area, manager of that hotel Milica Milovanovic has confirmed today for the „Beta“ agency.

She has said that current occupancy rate is higher than 50 percent.

„This rate will be until May, but during weekends we will be fully booked, since numerous seminars, team buildings as well as individual visits will follow,“ Milovanovic has said.

All capacities were sold out during New Year’s holidays, and majority of guests, as much as 75 percent, were tourists from Bulgaria and Romania.

„Data that as much as 60% of foreign tourists are regular guests shows that we maintain quality and that we are recognized as good hosts, and that we offer fully enjoyable vacation with all features of our hotel,“ Milovanovic has said.

According to her, the interior is being redecorated in a four-star hotel, so that they are as prepared as possible for the summer season, all this in agreement with the new management.

Numerous fans of winter sports are visiting Bor for tracks on the Crni vrh.
