The biggest privately-owned health system in Serbia gets a new owner
The leading Central and Eastern European Investment Fund Mid Europa Partners announced today that it had completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the MediGroup health system.
Blue Sea Capital, the previous owner of MediGroup, kept a 45% stake.
MediGroup is the biggest privately-owned healthcare system in Serbia, which operates in 13 locations in the biggest cities. It provides services to inpatients and outpatients, laboratory services, as well as services in the field of artificial insemination, ophthalmology and dermatology-venereology.
