The biggest investment in Croatian tourism this year comes from SERBIA
While most investors in Croatian tourism withdrew a bit due to the Covid-19 pandemic and business uncertainty, a new luxury tourist resort with a hotel, worth around 80 million euros, is springing up in Savudrija, Croatia, not far from the famous Kempinski Hotel and the nearby golf course.
That is the largest investment in Croatian tourism, one of few Greenfield investments. It is a new Petram resort, which construction began in mid-October.
The company „Cista voda projekt“ from Savudrija is formally investing in the project, and the co-investor is Vojislav Gajic, who is the head of the company that deals with the construction and sale of real estate in Novi Sad called „Aleksandar Gradnja“.
His company is known for more than 25 years of business on the Serbian market, in construction of residential and commercial premises, and the latest in a series of projects such as residential and commercial complexes are Vracar Gate in Belgrade, Taurunum in Zemun, Aleksandar Boulevard Centre in Novi Sad, and K district and The One in Belgrade.
