State budget deficit in 11 months of 2020 reached RSD 374.8 billion

In the period January-November 2020, the state budget deficit in the amount of 374.8 billion dinars was realized in Serbia, the Ministry of Finance stated today.

Revenues were generated in the amount of 1,139.5 billion dinars, and expenditures amounted to 1,514.2 billion dinars, it is stated on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

In November, deficit amounted to 27.2 billion dinars.

As specified, revenues in the amount of 108.3 billion dinars were collected in November, of which tax revenues amounted to 92 billion dinars.

The largest part of tax revenues referred to the payment of VAT in the amount of 46.1 billion dinars and excise duties in the amount of 27.2 billion dinars.

Non-tax revenues were realized in the amount of RSD 15.9 billion.

At the level of the general government, in the period January-November, the fiscal deficit in the amount of 353.2 billion dinars and the primary fiscal deficit in the amount of 254.7 billion dinars were realized, the Ministry of Finance stated.
