Garage business BLOSSOMED „overnight“
A demand for garages, particularly in Belgrade, has increased drastically overnight. The rent for garages can range from EUR 50 to EUR 200 a month.
That is why those who invested money in this real estate, especially in Belgrade where there is a major deficit of parking spaces, made a good move, real estate agents claim.
The prices of garages for rent in Belgrade range from EUR 50 to EUR 100 and majority of them is rented for EUR 80. Some that are more luxurious cost up to EUR 200 or EUR 300.
According to data from the websites of real estate agencies, the largest number of garages for sale in the capital is in Zvezdara, Vracar and Novi Beograd.
„The average price of garages in Belgrade is around EUR 850 euros per square metre. In general, most garages cost from EUR 8,000 to EUR 10,000. In some luxury residential areas, 12-square-metre garages cost up to EUR 20,000. However, these are also rare, and most of them have average price,“ said from the agency.
