French Novares expanded its plant in Banat
The automotive industry component manufacturer Novares has expanded its plant in Zrenjanin by additional 3,200 square metres, which will enable the employment of 50 more employees in 2019.
The tape cutting marked the commissioning of the expanded plant within the factory Novares, in whose construction EUR 5.2 million was invested, and the entire factory space is one third larger than in the previous period.
The new part is equipped with the latest technology and robots, including five injection press machines and a clean room for two new production lines that will produce engine components by using infrared welding technologies, automatic component integration and leak checking methods.
Novares will increase the number of employees in the factory from the current 190 to 240 in this plant.
The French company Novares is engaged in the production of plastic components for cars, it works for big global brands, and in 2017 alone it had sales of 1.2 billion euros from 42 factories across the world.
The plant was opened by Minister of Finance, Sinisa Mali, Minister of Economy, Goran Knezevic, Provincial Prime Minister, Igor Mirovic, Ambassador of France, Frederic Mondoloni, and the representatives of Novares.
