Following „Bor“, tenders for another 9 enterprises are being prepared

There are ongoing tenders for privatization of six enterprises, among which there are strategic ones such as RTB „Bor“ for which state is looking for a partner that will invest US$350 million.

The Ministry of Economy has confirmed they are preparing public calls for another nine enterprises that they will announce in the upcoming period, RTS reports.

In ten days since public call for tender documentation for RTB Bor has been announced seven investors have expressed their interest – five have already purchased documentation and two have submitted request.

State is also working on resolving the status of three plants of “the petrochemical complex”: “Azotara” will enter receivership and then it will be for sale, the second round of public call for privatization of “MSK” is in progress and tender for “Petrohemija” is being prepared.
