„Dangerous“ aircrafts cannot fly above Serbia as well
The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia issued an emergency airline notification that prohibits the use of Boeing 737-8 MAX and 737-9 MAX aircrafts for taking off and landing on Serbian airports, as well as for flights across the Serbian airspace.
The ban was adopted because Serbia, like other European countries, acted in accordance with safety directive of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency EASA.
The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia announced that Boeing 737-8 MAX and 737-9 MAX aircrafts were not enlisted in the Serbian aircraft register.
