Competition for COVID hospital FAILS: They needed 1,143, only 216 employed
The Clinical Centre of Vojvodina will employ 216 medical workers on fixed term contracts, and they were employed via a public contest for the new Covid hospital, where 1,143 medical workers were advertised as necessary.
The weakest response was for nurses, as they needed 811 and only 71 will be employed.
A review of the requested and filled positions shows that the hospital will, for a longer or shorter period of time, lack 927 medical workers in various positions.
The institution can employ them in the following period, while fixed term contracts can be extended for those who got the jobs in this round.
