Amazon Web Services arrives in Serbia

Amazon Web Services is entering the market of Serbia and the region, announced the Semos Education company, which became the official AWS partner for the Western Balkans.

The promotion „AWS Skills Day“ in Belgrade was attended by a large number of government officials, as well as the representatives of the business sector, according to a press release from Semos.

As it is stated in the press release submitted to the media, the event was an opportunity for IT experts to gain and expand their knowledge of AWS technologies through which they can increase the competitiveness of local companies on the global market.

„We are honoured to have put Serbia on the map of a limited number of countries in Europe that have partnership with the company Amazon Web Services in the implementation of their training sessions,“ the press release says.

Amazon Web Services is the world’s leading provider of cloud computing services with a share of 62 percent on the global market.
