After meeting with Vucic, taxi drivers decided to STOP THE PROTESTS
Members of the organizing committee of taxi drivers in charge of protests have me with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, after which they decided to end the protests. The meeting was attended by ten representatives of taxi associations, including Bosko Vukojevic and Aleksandar Bjelic. „At the request of the President, we held a meeting with him and after him asking for protests to end, we concluded where all the problems are and we agreed that state will implement all legal regulations when it comes to transportation of passengers,“ Bjelic has stated after the meeting. „If this is not honoured, taxi drivers will demand their rights in even larger number and with even more determination,“ he has said.
