Insider: New director of Al Dahra is businessman Vojin Lazarevic

Businessman Vojin Lazarevic has been appointed as the new director of the Al Dahra company, registered in Irig, which bought the Agricultural Corporation „Beograd“ (Poljoprivredna korporacija Beograd – PKB), the portal Insider reported today.

Al Dahra based in Irig, whose parent company is based in the United Arab Emirates, as the only bidder in the tender for the privatisation of PKB, bought the property of that complex for about 105 million euros, which is only slightly more than half of its estimated value.

According to the information obtained by Insider from the Ministry of Economy, the contract for the sale of PKB has not yet entered into force, but, as it is reported, employees of the complex claim that Lazarevic came to the company ten days ago as a member of the new management.

Al Dahra Irig, according to the Insider’s article, was established with RSD 100 on March 26, 2018, and until August 23, it was called Al Dahra Balkans.

According to Insider’s report, before Lazarevic, director of the company was Jelena Sandic, who was formerly completely anonymous in the business world.
