New facility of the Labor Srb plant in Sremska Mitrovica
The plant Labor Srb has opened a new facility in Sremska Mitrovica, and it is being transformed from an oak logs saw-mill to a facility for production of finished wood products.
Labor Srb, a Serbian company with Italian stake, is expanding and it is prepared to become the starting point for market of prefinished hardwood flooring on the Western Balkans.
It was founded in 2015, based on 30 years of experience in wood processing sector and production of parquet flooring of Patrizio Dei Tos, founder of ITLAS and Labor Legno – Italian companies with official headquarters in Cordignano, the Veneto region, with a total of 70 employees and an annual turnover of EUR40 million.
Labor Srb has developed its business across 24.000 square metres for initial processing of oak logs, coming from local forests and having an FSC certificate, and which have so far been transported as timber in Italian companies for production of hardwood flooring, signed by ITLAS and Labor Legno.
Now Labor Srb will produce finished product and high quality raw material and Italian design will join in the production of prestigious parquet that is intended for export all over the world.
