A new facility of German company opened in Krusevac
The new production facility of German company “Kromberg & Schubert” has been opened in Krusevac, spreading across 23.000 square metres.
As stated, a total of 565 people from Krusevac and Rasina District are employed in a plant that produces wiring systems for automotive industry, and goal is to increase that number to 2,500 in the next couple of years.
The company has invested EUR20 million so far and plan is to invest a total of EUR29 million.
The first cable harness of that company was produced in Krusevac in 2017.
German company has a 116 year-long history, with more than 48,000 employees at 45 locations across the world, and total revenue of the Group was EUR1.6 billion last year.
