Construction of a New Industrial Complex Begins in Kragujevac
Construction of a new industrial complex called Mind Park has started today in the Kragujevac Slobovica-Luznica industrial zone.
The Kragujevac-based company Mind Real Estate, part of the Milanovic Industries-Mind Group, owned by Bratislav Milanovic, is the investor.
The plan is that this “small town” eventually spans 120 hectares, and the completion of the first building, constructed by Kragujevac-based Tehnogradnja, is planned for November this year.
The construction of the Mind Park administrative building is due to begin in June, with the next phase encompassing the construction of a kindergarten and a “polyclinic-diagnostic centre”.
The industrial complex will encompass a research, education and development centre, start-up support space, sports centre, laboratories, engineering buildings and even an airplane runway.
