Serbian ABSURDITY in a few seconds (VIDEO)

In several towns in Serbia a state of emergency has been declared due to floods. These are the areas on the territory of the town of Kraljevo and the municipalities of Knic, Arilje, Lucani, Vrnjacka Banja, Tutin, Trstenik, Novi Pazar and Sremska Mitrovica. A video posted on the Facebook page by the Indeksonline portal shows how much even at times like these we can show who we are and how far in advance we think. In Novi Pazar, a river was blocked by a pile of garbage that gathered under a bridge, and, as you will see, the local authorities solved the problem in a, let’s say, Serbian way.
