COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICERS write fines: Supply deliveries to business outlets in Belgrade only from 8 pm to 7 am
In Belgrade, the deliveries of supplies to shops, restaurants and other facilities will only be possible between 8 pm and 7 am in the future. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Belgrade Goran Vesic, adding that the decision would take effect from 1 December. „Responding to numerous complaints from citizens regarding the use of delivery vehicles that block traffic throughout the city all day long, today, the City of Belgrade made a decision that enters into force on 1 December this year,“ Vesic told reporters at the building of the Community Service Police. In the future, as he said, the deliveries of supplies to shops, restaurants and other facilities that use this kind of service can only be performed between 8 pm and 7 am and they are not allowed between 9 am and 2 pm, which is the case now.
