When we make a decision to do something and say „yes“ to something, we are all aware of the fact that it means saying „no“ to something else. I did miss out on a night out or hanging out with friends, sometimes a few hours of sleep, and I used my free time to finish work-related tasks, but I did everything for a reason and it was worth it. Nevertheless, I try to live my life so that one of its aspects does not cause the other aspects to suffer for too long. When you sacrifice something, it is done for a clear goal that needs to be accomplished within a certain timeframe and that is perfectly fine. Has success reached you or have you achieved success? Nothing comes by itself or falls from the sky. Sometimes it is necessary to be lucky and to be at the right place at the right time, but it is then necessary to know how to take an opportunity and to work hard and strive for success. I believe that success is always achieved if one wants it hard enough, works hard, makes a lot of effort and if one has the courage to take the opportunities offered. And when there are no opportunities, one must be proactive and create them. What is the most important lesson you have learned in your work so far? People and interpersonal relationships are the most important. You can complete any task and solve any problems if you know the right people. Develop and maintain good relationships with people because you always do business with other people, make deals with them, negotiate and work with them. What is the final goal? There is no final goal. When the goal is reached, new goals are set, even higher. The most important thing for me is that, as I achieve my goals, I enjoy that journey and to always be healthy, happy and surrounded by wonderful and dear people. If you are not surrounded by your loved ones and you do not have a sense of happiness and fulfillment, all the great achievements and goals you reach are in vain.
