
Serbian IT company Nordeus SOLD to the U.S. Take-Two
Serbian IT company Nordeus was sold to the U.S. company Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., for USD 378 million, the Businesswire web portal reports.
According to the announcement of the U.S. company, the purchase price includes USD 225 million in cash and USD 90 million in newly issued shares of Take-Two.
Founding team of Nordeus will also receive compensation for the shares and will continue to run the company.
The company Nordeus, founded in 2010 in Belgrade, is engaged in development of games for social networks and mobile phones and is the creator the most popular sports video game on the planet – Top Eleven.
