Montenegro opened its borders with Serbia, but only with a QUARANTINE of 14 days
As of midnight, Montenegro has opened all its borders with neighbouring countries, as well as Serbia, but Serbia is still not on the list of countries whose citizens can enter Montenegro without quarantine or self-isolation. According to a statement from the Montenegrin Institute of Public Health, residents of Montenegro and foreigners with permanent or temporary residence in that country, who enter Montenegro from countries where the confirmed rate of active cases of the coronavirus is higher than 25 per 100,000 people, will have to undergo a quarantine or self-isolation for 14 days.
