They will present Serbia at the finals of European Student Companies

Student company Groove Street from Belgrade based Fifth School of Economics has won the first place at the national competition of best student companies held in Belgrade on Monday and Tuesday. Within their company these students produce bracelets with QR code that contains health information of the person who wears it, thus easing eventual first aid provision to that person. Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Economy Katarina Obradovic Jovanovic has presented the award to these high school students, and in July they will represent Serbia at the European competition of student companies that will be held in Belgrade for the first time.

The competition has been realized by the organization Junior Achievement Serbia, with financial aid of the Ministry of Economy, the United States Agency for International Development and companies TeleGroup and Manpower Group Serbia. Junior Achievement Serbia organization has been conducting educational programs in field of entrepreneurship at schools across Serbia for 13 years, and it is a part of global Junior Achievement Worldwide network that has been working since 1919.
