Business facilities, equipment and parking spaces of the Zrenjanin-based water factory have not been sold because there have been no interested buyers.

The sale was organized electronically, and the public enforcement officer Dragan Nikolic, who scheduled the sale, said that the new one was scheduled for December 24 and that it would be offered for 50 percent of the estimated value in the second round.

The enforcement officer estimated the assets of the water factory at the value of 834.7 million dinars, and at the first sale, the factory was offered for 70 percent of the value.

The water factory is being sold in an enforcement procedure initiated by Erste Bank, as the main creditor of that company.
