„We saved one national stadium“
The price of Russian gas will not increase in the next 6 months, it will be 270 dollars, while the amount of gas will increase in those six months.
„We received an incredible price of 270 dollars in the next 6 months, so our price will not change, we got an increase in the amount of gas for those 6 months, flexibility,“ said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic after talks with Vladimir Putin.
We saved more than 300 million euros, the Serbian president said.
„We have saved one national stadium, but we have also provided security of supply for our people,“ Vucic emphasized.
According to Vucic, energy security was also discussed.
„There are huge shortages in Europe, it is estimated that 70 billion cubic meters of gas are lacking. Nord Stream could have brought 55 billion, tons but they have not yet received a permit. This is salvation for us, we will not have problems with electricity or gas, President Putin helped us a lot.“
