The first tram manufactured in Kragujevac ARRIVED in Bremen
The company Siemens Mobility delivered the first tram that was completely manufactured in that Kragujevac based plant. This is the first of a total of 47 trams, being produced in Serbia for the customer „Bremen Strassenbahn“.
The Avenio tram order for Bremen includes a total of 77 trams, of which 47 will be produced in Kragujevac, Serbia. Assembly began in the spring of 2020 and production is underway, according to the company. Siemens Mobility currently employs more than 800 employees in Serbia.
