Installation of NEW YEAR’S lighting starts in Belgrade, at 26 degrees
The installation of decorative New Year’s lighting started today in Belgrade. The first ornaments for the posts were placed in New Belgrade, in Jurija Gagarina Street. Although there are three months until the New Year, it could be said that this year the placement of the decorations is a little late, considering that last year the installation started as early as on 11 September. It has been the practice for several years that decorations are placed in the capital months before the New Year holidays and left there for several months after the holidays. The forecast temperature today is 26 degrees.
