Belgrade sells construction land for RSD 206 million
Deputy Mayor Goran Vesic has stated that the construction land in the public property of the city of Belgrade, at two locations in Lisicji potok in the municipality of Savski venac, was sold for RSD 206 million at public tenders held in Belgrade Land Development Public Agency.
The land area of 1,741 square meters in Diane Budisavljevic Street was sold to an investor at a price of RSD 151 million, while the second location of 1,087 square meters in Aleksandra Tirnanica Tirketa Street was sold at a price of RSD 55 million, Vesic specified, Beoinfo reports.
He added that, according to the planning documentation, both sites were located in residential areas with amenities, where buildings of a high housing standard, such as low density housing with a larger number of apartments, were planned to be built.
