    „When a team is educated, it reacts faster and accepts changes“ (VIDEO)

    Apart from the fact that 2020 was a very risky year in terms of health, it could be said that not everything was as planned in the professional sense as well. Due to such circumstances, it is expected that the next year, 2021, will bring many challenges, and in order to prepare for it as good as possible, the media company “BIZlife” organized the first of three planned “BIZkolegium” which topic was marketing, communications and innovations.

    According to one of the interlocutors at the first „BIZkolegium“ event and Marketing Director at „Delta Motors“, Milos Milosevic, 2020 was very challenging and taught us to adapt and react quickly on the market, but it also taught us to rationally use our budgets.

    „It is very important to have a system prepared for such situations, and when the system is prepared and difficult situations arise, you do not have to withdraw from the market and pretend not to exist, but instead you can continue to communicate,“ says Milosevic for BIZlife.

    Milosevic emphasizes that one should be rational and use all his channels and potentials, as well as constantly work on educating the team „because when the team is educated, it can quickly accept changes and can have a fast response“.
