The fourth auction of the chemical producer Prvi maj in Cacak failed
The chemical producer „Prvi maj“ in Cacak, which has gone bankrupt, was not sold today, as there were no interested buyers. This was the fourth auction sale that was organised and the initial price at the auction amounted to 120 million dinars.
The property of the company „Prvi maj“ covering the area of 10,582 square meters consists of 28 parts of the sales unit. In addition to production facilities, a water recirculation pool, hydrant network, paved parking lot, an internal road and a water pumping station are also on sale.
Equipment for the production of styrofoam, paints, facades, powdered products, adhesives and other chemical products in construction, as well as supplies of finished products, materials, spare parts and small inventory were also offered for sale.
