Salaries in IT industry go up to EUR 8,500
The data of the HelloWorld.rs website show that candidates in the IT industry are increasingly active on the labor market and that there is a noticeable increase in the number of applications for ads in November by 26% compared to the same month of the previous year.
As this industry is growing steadily, in 2022 Serbia is experiencing a growth in ICT services, which amounts to EUR 2.5 billion.
Salaries in the IT sector are increasing, amounting to an average of 1,600 euros in August, but according to employers’ expectations, this amount will be significantly higher by the end of the year.
In the last few years, the list of the most sought-after professions has changed, so there is an increased interest in the positions of project and product managers, delivery managers and business developers.
IT experts have high incomes, as evidenced by the data that in the salary section within the HelloWorld.rs website where IT professionals enter their salaries, the highest amount was entered by a software engineer from Belgrade – as much as 8,500 euros.
