First company to give up NEW YEAR’S CELEBRATION: Employees decided so
Lidl has announced that, together with its employees, it will donate money that was intended for New Year’s celebrations in the company to those who need it the most.
Namely, as it is posted on the official Facebook page of this trade chain, the employees of all the stores, from 30 towns across Serbia, had, as they say, no easy task of jointly deciding whom they wanted to help. Each store chose individuals or institutions to which part of the money would be donated.
The total amount, more than four million dinars, was intended for the treatment of 15 people, of whom fourteen are children, through the „Budi human“ foundation. In addition, part of the money will be directed to the institutions that will also be chosen by the employees.
