With mandatory PCR test: Property owners in Greece can FINALLY visit their property

Property owners in Greece who could not visit their property, pay taxes and finish other obligations for months due to the pandemic, have finally received instructions on how to enter that country.

On the Facebook page „Greece in Serbia“, detailed instructions were posted on how Serbian citizens can enter Greece and settle their obligations regarding their real estate in that country.

According to the announcement, up to 400 people will be able to enter Greece every month, starting from November 1, 2020, if they submit an application for the issuance of a special entry permit electronically, via e-mail to the Consular Department of the Greek Embassy in Belgrade.

Due to the ban caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the citizens of Serbia who are the owners of real estate in Greece, have been trying for months to access their property in all possible ways.

According to some estimates, thousands of apartments, flats and houses owned by the citizens of Serbia, mostly in the Thessaloniki region, but also on the islands, have not been available to the owners for months, neither to visit them nor to settle their obligations.
