Simpo sells warehouse in Vranje and department store in Pancevo
The Vranje-based furniture company Simpo has announced that it is selling a warehouse in Vranje with an area of 490 square meters, as well as the department store „Kotez“ with land in Pancevo with an area of almost 2,000 square meters.
The starting price of the warehouse in Omladinskih brigada Street is RSD 15.5 million, while the department store in Pancevo is sold at the starting price of RSD 230 million.
The opening of bids is scheduled for July 5 at noon on the premises of Simpo in Vranje, reports the Juzne vesti portal.
As a reminder, the Vranje-based company Simpo has also recently announced the sale of a commercial property in Kragujevac.
The initial price of the commercial property is almost 78 million dinars.
The area of the commercial property of Simpo in Zorana Djindjica Street is 584 square meters, and the basic criterion for selecting the most favourable bidder is the offered price.
The deadline for submitting written bids is June 22, and the opening is scheduled for June 27 at noon, on the premises of Simpo in Vranje, Radnicka Street, number 12.
