
SBB opens Contact Centre in Kragujevac
Today, the SBB company officially opened the Contact Centre in Kragujevac.
After the most modern Contact Centre arranged according to the highest global standards in Belgrade, which employs more than 250 agents, the second customer service of this kind in Serbia has been opened.
The opening of the Contact Centre was organized at the beginning of 2022, marking the 20th anniversary of the SBB company, which was founded in Kragujevac.
„We are happy that in the jubilee year of SBB, in the city where we started the development of the company exactly 20 years ago, we are opening the Contact Centre today. SBB has become a leader when it comes to innovation over the years, but we have never forgotten our beginnings. Last year we opened a new office building at the centre of Kragujevac, the Jezero hall is named SBB, and today we are opening the Contact Centre, which employs over 50 people,“ said Dejan Stankovic, Director of the SBB Contact Centre.
