How to find IT experts – more and more jobs, not enough staff

Year after year, the IT labour market is expanding, and even the coronavirus pandemic has not shaken it.

Due to the specifics and scope of work, the supply of jobs is growing rapidly. On the other hand, the shortage of staff is still present, as evidenced by new data from the website HelloWorld.rs.
In the previous year, there was an increase in the number of jobs compared to 2020 by as much as 65 percent.
In other words, during 2021, about 11,500 positions were available to IT experts on that website, compared to just under 7,000 advertised in 2020.

The job offer on the Helloworld.rs website is accompanied by an increased number of applications, which rose by 25% in the previous year compared to 2020. Despite this trend, there is still a deficit of IT candidates on the domestic labour
market.
