Bosch company in Serbia SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASES employees’ salaries
A new collective agreement has been signed in the company Robert Bosch Serbia, which stipulates a significant increase in salaries from December 1, the board of the Trade Union “Nezavisnost” in that company announced.
The new collective agreement in that company with approximately 2,000 employees stipulates that from December 1, net salaries will increase linearly in two groups – by RSD 5,600 dinars, i.e. by RSD 6,300, the Nezavisnost.org portal reported.
From January 1 next year, the compensation for night work will be increased from 28 percent to 40 percent, and the monthly bonus by 20 percent. It has also been agreed to increase the annual leave from 26 to 27 days, while the paid leave from work will be able to last for seven days instead of the previous five days.
The statement explains that the increase in the base of salaries and allowances for overtime work or night work means that the total salaries will increase by the net amount of RSD 8,000 to 12,000, depending on the work positions of the employees.
