Babic: The Corridor 10 practically finished
The Corridor 10 is practically finished, as 98.2 percent of all planned works have been completed and it will be opened for traffic immediately after the New Year, Director of “Koridori Srbije” Zoran Babic has said in Grdelica.
According to him, round-the-clock work on some „critical“ slopes is ongoing, from which soil is being removed and afterwards they are additionally strengthened by piles. Babic, as he says, has just returned from a weekly meeting with contractors.
“The highway through Grdelica Gorge is 98.2 percent finished, meaning that we only have 1.8 percent of work left,” he has explained.
