Serbia and Greece CANCEL ROAMING: Making phone calls from the seaside the same as at home!

Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabic has met in Athens with Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou.

In a statement for Tanjug, she announced, „Serbia and Greece will sign an agreement on the abolition of roaming charges next week.“

„We have negotiated a roaming agreement with Greece, according to which our citizens who come to Greece will no longer pay the international roaming tariff; instead the charges will be the same as for local calls and sending text messages,“ Brnabic told Tanjug.

The Prime Minister said that Minister of Telecommunications, Trade and Tourism, Tatjana Matic, would come to Athens next week to sign the agreement, which would enter into force immediately.

„As the government, we have done everything to make it easier for citizens who plan to travel to Greece during the summer,“ Brnabic said.
