Pink BH and Pink Montenegro sold to the owners of N1?
American KKR Group bought Pink Bosnia and Herzegovina and Pink Montenegro from Zeljko Mitrovic, learns Danas.
That is why Mitrovic scheduled a meeting with regional directors of his regional television on Tuesday, 24th of April.
The news of the meeting were announced on the Pink’s website and it also stated that Mitrovic will announce important business decisions at that time.
„Mitrovic called the meeting to announce to all administrations the important decisions he made regarding the future of all the televisions with the prefix Pink in Serbia and the region,“ according to Pink’s website.
Negotiations with KKR representatives were held for a long time, and they were closed before April 17th, when KKR representatives met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
KKR Group in Serbia owns television N1 and cable operator SBB.
