CORONAVIRUS: Schools will not be closed; Wash your hands and then go to the game
For the time being, schools in Serbia will continue to operate normally and will not be closed, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said. Vucic said at the press conference that this was the stance of the profession, adding that he had repeatedly asked what to do with schools, and received reply from doctors that they should not be closed. According to him, the question of school closure will be raised later, before the Easter, because then, as he stated, the mass arrival of our citizens from abroad is expected. The most important new measure of the Serbian government, as he pointed out, is the ban on public gatherings indoors. Furthermore, indoor matches will be played without the audience, while outdoor sports events will take place as usual. „But wash your hands, please,“ the president urged. Also, border control will be strengthened as well. State authorities held a meeting at the Serbian Presidency due to the latest information on the number of people infected with the coronavirus in Serbia.
