Construction of the Navigator Business Centre 2 started
Belgrade will get a new, first class office building. Foundation stone for the office building Navigator Business Centre 2 has been laid in Novi Beograd. This way Belgrade is battling with one of more and more noticeable issues – lack of quality and accessible commercial real estate.
The investment value is estimated at more than 45 million euros, and opening ceremony is planned for the first quarter of 2020.
The foundation stone was laid by the Deputy Mayor of Belgrade Goran Vesic and Director of MPC Properties Ingo Nissen. This officially marks the start of yet another important project of the company MPC Properties – the largest investor in the region of Southeast Europe.
Navigator Business Centre 2 is a modern and sustainable first class office building, consisting of a three-storey underground garage with 500 parking spaces, ground floor and 8 floors, designed and built in accordance with LEED standards of green building.
