A once famous company is on sale, the price is „only“ EUR 250,000
The once-famous company Biomed, which used to sell the most popular weight loss products in Serbia, announced the sale on the website Kupujem-prodajem, among others, and the price at which it is sold is EUR 250,000.
Namely, the advertisement on the website states that the company Biomed d.o.o. is on sale, including a factory that covers the area of 800 square meters and two hectares of land, as well as full equipment for packing honey and honey-based products as well as recipes for the products in Belgrade.
It is also underlined that the company owns its own well at a depth of 160 meters, located in Zaklopaca near Belgrade.
The company owns all the verifications for export to Europe, Russia and America – it is stated in the advertisement, with a note that „the price is only 250,000 euros“.
According to the data of the Business Registers Agency, the Biomed company has been operating with losses for five years. Although in 2013 the net loss was insignificant, only RSD 96,000, in 2014 it already rose to RSD 4.06 million.
The company was founded in 1990 in Belgrade and it is registered as a micro company. In 2014, they had eight employees, and now only one.
